Booking link for your website: what exists

4appointments has no booking widget and no code to embed in your site. What exists is a public booking page with a link of its own for your business. You can put that link on a button on your website, in a message, or in a QR code generated with another tool.

What exists and what does not

Each business has a public booking page showing its name, logo and colour. The logo is given as a web address, not uploaded as a file. There is no snippet to paste and no iframe. The link points to the 4appointments panel and carries a code, and there is no subdomain or domain of your own. The panel shows the address with a button to copy it.

  • A public page for each business, with its name, logo (given as a web address) and primary colour.
  • It is open 24 hours a day, and guests book without an account, leaving a name, an optional email address and a free note.
  • No snippet, no iframe, and no subdomain or domain of your own.
  • An administrator can generate a new link, which invalidates the old one.

Putting the link on your website

On a website, the simplest approach is a button or a line of text that carries the link:

  • Copy the page address from the panel.
  • In your website editor, create a button with a clear label, such as "Book online", and paste the link.
  • Choose to open it in a new tab, so visitors do not lose your site, and write next to the button what the client will find, such as the services and their length.
  • Test it end to end on a phone before you publish.

QR codes, one link per provider and the language

Each provider has their own link, which helps if you want clients to choose a person directly. On the general link, the "Anyone available" option leaves the choice to the system. The public page lists every service for every provider, so you cannot tie a service to one particular person, and you should not promise a restriction on your site that the tool does not apply. 4appointments does not generate QR codes: create one with any generator from the copied link, print it, and test scanning on more than one phone. The page does not guarantee a particular language. It depends on hints in the link, so open the link on a phone with no browsing history and check which language it shows before you share it.

Common questions

Does 4appointments have a widget I can embed in my site?

No. There is no code snippet and no iframe. Your site links to the public page with an ordinary link, on a button or in text.

Can I use my own domain for the booking page?

No. The link points to the 4appointments panel and carries a code. You can, however, put it on a button on your site, so visitors do not have to look for it.

Does the booking page always appear in my language?

There is no such guarantee. The language depends on hints in the link, so check it before you share it. Test the link before giving it to clients.

How do I make a QR code for my link?

Use any QR code generator and paste in the link you copied from the panel. Print it, scan it with several phones and check that the booking page opens properly.
