Setup and integrations

Your booking page link is an ordinary web address, so it works anywhere you can paste text: WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, SMS or email. You send it, the client opens your page and asks for a time. Keep in mind that the tool itself sends no messages on any of those channels.

In the panel, copy the link of your booking page with the copy button. If clients usually want one particular person, copy that provider’s separate link instead. Both are plain https addresses that open on any cell phone.

Paste the link into a chat with a short line of your own, such as “You can pick a time here, and I’ll confirm it afterwards”. The client opens the page, picks a service and an open time and sends the request without calling you.

WhatsApp Business lets you store quick replies, so you can keep a standard message with the link. That’s a feature of WhatsApp, not of 4appointments, which doesn’t connect to it.

Confirm the request yourself. It arrives as pending, so open the Bookings section, confirm or reject it and write back in the same chat. Nothing is sent automatically. Check the language of the page before you share the link, since it depends on the link and may not match the chat.
