Book a salon appointment online

Request your time from the salon’s booking page at any hour; the salon confirms it afterwards.

Booking for clients

Booking a salon visit online takes a few clicks on the salon’s own booking page, with no phoning around. One thing worth knowing before you start: your request arrives as pending, and the salon confirms it afterwards.

Start from the booking link the salon has shared, for example on its website, in its Instagram bio or in a message. Once you’re on the booking page, choose the service you’d like (a cut, colour, manicure, waxing and so on), then pick a favourite stylist or the option “Any available person”, and select an open date in the calendar.

Available times are based on how long your chosen service takes and on each team member’s schedule. A slot that’s already taken simply can’t be selected, so two clients can’t end up with the same stylist at the same time.

Type in your name, an email address if you like and, optionally, a short note, then send the request. The booking is created as pending: the time is held for you, but it isn’t confirmed until someone on the salon’s team confirms it. The last screen shows a link for rescheduling or cancelling, so save it. It isn’t emailed to you.

4appointments doesn’t send clients confirmation emails or reminders, so the salon will usually confirm by phone or message. Payment is made at the salon: online payment isn’t available, so any deposit would be agreed with the salon directly. A pending request that nobody confirms is cancelled by the system about an hour after the requested time has passed, without any notice.

Key takeaways

  • ✓You don’t need an account; just book as a guest
  • ✓Only free times are shown, so nobody is double-booked with the same stylist
  • ✓Confirmation is up to the salon and may come by phone or message

Common questions

What should I do if the time I want isn’t available?+

Try a different day or another stylist, or reach out to the salon directly. The booking page has no waiting list.

Will I get a confirmation email?+

Don’t count on it. Confirmation emails and reminders aren’t sent to clients. Keep the link from the last screen and, if you need to be sure, ask the salon how it will confirm.
