Can I share my booking link over WhatsApp?

Your booking page link is an ordinary web address, so it works anywhere you can paste text: WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, SMS or email. You send it, the client opens your page and asks for a time. The tool itself sends no messages on any of those channels.

In the panel, copy your booking page link with the copy button. If clients usually want one particular person, copy that provider’s separate link instead. Both are plain https addresses that open on any phone.

Paste the link into a chat with a short line of your own, such as “Hi! You can pick a time here and I’ll confirm it afterwards”. The client opens the page, picks a service and a free time and sends the request without calling you.

WhatsApp Business lets you save a template message, so the link is quick to reuse, and you can add it to your business profile. Those are WhatsApp features, not 4appointments, which doesn’t connect to WhatsApp.

Confirm the request yourself. It arrives as pending, so open the Bookings section, confirm or reject it and write back in the same chat. Nothing is sent automatically. Check the page’s language before you share the link, since it depends on the link, and remind clients to keep their management link.

Can 4appointments connect directly with the WhatsApp Business API?+

No. 4appointments isn’t connected to the WhatsApp Business API and doesn’t send WhatsApp messages itself. You paste the link yourself, by hand or from a saved template message in WhatsApp Business.

Can I make a QR code for my business cards?+

Not inside 4appointments, as it has no QR code generator. The link is a normal web address, so any outside QR tool can turn it into a code, but check that it opens correctly.
