Rescheduling a booking made on a 4appointments page works like cancelling: you open the management link shown when you booked and choose a new time from the business’s free slots.

Find the management link from your original booking. It appeared on the final screen and wasn’t sent by email. If you can’t find it, ask the business for it. For bookings entered by the business’s own team, they need to copy and send you the link themselves.

Open the link and choose the option to change the time. The page shows free times for the same service, and the system checks availability and overlaps before accepting a new one, so you can only move to a time that’s really free.

Confirm the new time and the old one is released for other clients. If your booking was still pending, it stays pending after the move and the business still has to confirm it. Nothing is emailed to you, so check with the business that it’s seen the change.

The tool sets no limit on how often you can reschedule and no minimum notice. Any rule about last-minute changes, or about an arrangement to pay in advance, is the business’s own and is dealt with outside the tool.
