How to cancel a booking online

Cancel in a few clicks with the management link from your confirmation screen, with no call needed.

Cancelling an appointment booked through a 4appointments page takes only a few seconds, as long as you kept the management link shown when you booked. If you didn’t, the business can cancel it for you.

Find the management link. It appears on the final screen when you send your booking request, and it isn’t emailed, so it’s worth saving it straight away as a note or a screenshot.

Open the link and you’ll see your appointment and the option to cancel it. Confirm, and the appointment is cancelled straight away, with no account and no password. The freed-up time can then be booked by other clients, and the business sees the change in its booking list.

If the booking was entered by the business’s own team, or is part of a recurring series, you never saw a confirmation screen, so the team has to send you the link. Ask them for it, or ask them to cancel for you.

The tool applies no cut-off time and no refund rules. Any rule about late cancellation, or money paid beforehand, is the business’s own and is arranged outside the tool, since online payment isn’t available. If you can’t find the link, contact the business with the date, time, service and your name.

Can I cancel on the same day as the appointment?+

The link itself has no minimum notice. Whether a late cancellation has any consequence is up to the business, so check its own rules or give them a call.

I’ve lost my link. What should I do?+

Phone or message the business with your appointment details (date, time, service and name) and they can cancel it for you from their panel.
