How do you brand the booking page as your own?

Set your business name, logo and primary colour; other elements of the page are fixed for now.

Set-up and integrations

The 4appointments booking page can carry your identity in three ways: the business name, a logo and a primary colour. Everything is set in one place, under Branding in the panel, and takes a couple of minutes. Here’s what you can change, what the page shows by default and what isn’t available.

Open Branding in the panel and enter the business name exactly as clients know it. The name appears at the top of the booking page, so use the form customers recognise from your signs and social media.

Add the logo. It’s given as a web address, not uploaded as a file, so place the image on your website or another host first and paste its address. A clear logo with a transparent or plain background looks best on the page.

Pick the primary colour. It’s used for buttons and highlights, so choose one from your brand and make sure white text stays readable on it. Open the page in a private window afterwards to see exactly what a client sees.

The rest of the page comes from your services and rules: each service has a name, duration and price, and you control the notice rules and the option “Any available person”. There’s no field for a description, a photo or a cover image, and no space for instructions such as parking, so give those details to clients when you confirm. Check the language of the page before you share the link, as it depends on the link.

The essentials

  • ✓Business name, logo and primary colour are set under Branding
  • ✓The logo is a web address, not a file upload
  • ✓No cover photo, service descriptions or instruction texts are available

Common questions

Is it possible to use my own domain for the booking page?+

No. The page opens on 4appointments’ own address and there’s no setting for a custom domain or subdomain. You can place a link on your own site that leads to it.

Can I add photos or a description of my services?+

Not at present. A service shows its name, duration and price. Use your website or social media for photos and longer descriptions, and share them alongside your booking link.
