How do you create an online calendar for your clients?

A public booking page showing free times, with a link you can share wherever your clients are.

Diary and availability

A client-facing online calendar is a public booking page that you share by link. Clients see the services and the free times and send a request on their own, at any hour, and you confirm each one in your panel.

Create your account and add your services, with duration and price, and your providers with their weekly schedules. As soon as the public page is switched on, your business has a booking link, which you can copy with a button in the panel. The link sits on the panel’s host, not on your own domain.

The page lists the services, lets the client pick a provider or “Any available person”, and shows the free times. Guests book without an account, giving a name, an email address if they wish and a free note. The page is available 24 hours a day.

You make it your own under “Branding”: your business name, a logo (entered as a link to an image rather than uploaded) and a primary colour. There’s no description field or photo gallery. Each provider also has a separate link, and the page’s language follows a hint in the link, so open it and check it before you share it.

Share the link wherever your clients are: as a button or link on your website, in your social media profile, in your email signature or in a message. Every request arrives as pending, so you confirm it in the bookings list and tell the client yourself. There’s no embeddable calendar and no code generator for other websites, so link to the page instead.

The essentials

  • ✓One booking link per business and one for each provider
  • ✓Guests book without an account, at any hour
  • ✓Your name, logo and primary colour appear on the page

Common questions

Is it possible to embed the calendar in my current website?+

No, there’s no embeddable calendar. Add a “Book now” button on your site that opens your booking page.

Can I use my own domain, or run separate pages for locations?+

Not at the moment. The link stays on the panel’s host, though you can copy it in one click and place it wherever you like. There’s one page per business, plus a link for each provider, so if you work from several places you can create a provider for each place and share that link.
