How the online booking page works
You add your services (name, duration, price), your team members with their working hours and, if you like, days off. 4appointments generates the public booking page, which you share by link. The client picks a service and a free slot, enters a name and, optionally, an e-mail and a note, then sends the request. The request stays “pending” and holds the slot; you confirm or reject it in the panel. The language of the public page depends on the link, so check it before you share the link.
Free slots, no overlaps
The slots shown take into account each team member’s schedule, exceptions and days off, the daily cap, existing bookings (including pending ones) and busy blocks imported from an external calendar through an ICS link. When something occupies a slot, it disappears from the public page. The pause between bookings set on a service is added after existing bookings; bookings created by your team in the panel check availability and overlaps but do not apply that pause or the notice rules.
What the page does and does not do
The page collects booking requests and shows your real schedule. It does not send e-mails or text messages to clients, it does not take payments and it does not confirm requests by itself. There is no widget to embed on your site, only a link, which you can place as a button or in text. After booking, the client sees a link on screen to cancel or move the booking; the link is not sent by e-mail, so the client needs to save it.
