What is shown and what is not
Each service has a name, duration, price and currency, and the client sees the price when choosing the service. The price is informational: nothing is collected in the app. One booking is for a single service.
You set a price for each service, and payment is arranged between you and the client, outside the app. Here is what exists today and what stays manual.
Many clients turn up more reliably once they have paid a deposit. In 4appointments you can today set a price and a currency for each service, which the client sees when booking, but the app does not collect money: the screens for online payments exist in the panel, but the feature is not available in any current plan, and bookings cannot be paid by card, by transfer or by other methods. If you ask for a deposit or full payment, you arrange it with the client outside the app and confirm the booking by hand once you have been paid.

If you want bookings secured by a deposit, the current flow is manual: the client sends the request, you tell them the amount and how to pay through your own channel (for example a bank transfer or payment on site), and once you have the money you confirm the booking in the panel. Until then the request stays “pending” and holds the slot, but it is cancelled automatically, with no message, about an hour after the end of the requested slot — so confirm or reject in good time.
The client can cancel or move the booking through the management link, with no cut-off time; the app does not withhold deposits. For records, the panel offers an exportable bookings list (CSV, XML or PDF) and reports with confirmed, cancelled and pending bookings. Invoicing and payments stay outside the app.
Not today. Online payments are not available in the current plans. You can agree a deposit with the client outside the app and confirm the booking by hand once you have been paid.
No. Public booking does not include payment, and the online payment screens in the panel cannot be activated in the current plans.
On each service, together with the duration and currency. The price is shown to the client when booking, for information.
No, because it does not collect deposits. The client can cancel or move through their own link, with no cut-off time; any cancellation rule is something you communicate directly.
The app does not keep a record of payments. Reports show bookings by status and an estimated revenue per service, calculated from list price; you track actual payments outside the app.
A price per service and manual confirmation once the payment agreed with the client arrives. The first 12 months are free, no card needed.
