Online booking for your business

A public booking page with a shareable link — clients pick a service and a free slot, and you confirm the request in the panel.

Online booking cuts the back-and-forth of finding “a free slot”. With 4appointments you get a public booking page and a link you can share (in a bio, on your website, in a message), available around the clock. The client picks a service, sees only the free slots — worked out from your working hours, days off and existing bookings — and sends a request without creating an account. The request shows up in the panel as “pending” and holds the slot until your team confirms or rejects it by hand. Confirmation is not sent to the client automatically: you let them know through your usual channel.

  • A public booking page for each business, with a link and a copy button; a separate link for each team member.
  • The “Anyone available” option: the client does not choose a person and the system suggests the one with fewer bookings (it can be switched off).
  • Branding: business name, logo (set by URL) and primary colour.
  • Services with duration, price and currency; optionally a pause added after each booking.
  • Booking rules: minimum notice and maximum advance (120 minutes and 60 days by default), for the whole page or per service.
  • Clients book without an account: a name, an optional e-mail and a free note.
  • Requests arrive as “pending” and hold the slot until they are confirmed or rejected by hand in the panel.

How the online booking page works

You add your services (name, duration, price), your team members with their working hours and, if you like, days off. 4appointments generates the public booking page, which you share by link. The client picks a service and a free slot, enters a name and, optionally, an e-mail and a note, then sends the request. The request stays “pending” and holds the slot; you confirm or reject it in the panel. The language of the public page depends on the link, so check it before you share the link.

Free slots, no overlaps

The slots shown take into account each team member’s schedule, exceptions and days off, the daily cap, existing bookings (including pending ones) and busy blocks imported from an external calendar through an ICS link. When something occupies a slot, it disappears from the public page. The pause between bookings set on a service is added after existing bookings; bookings created by your team in the panel check availability and overlaps but do not apply that pause or the notice rules.

What the page does and does not do

The page collects booking requests and shows your real schedule. It does not send e-mails or text messages to clients, it does not take payments and it does not confirm requests by itself. There is no widget to embed on your site, only a link, which you can place as a button or in text. After booking, the client sees a link on screen to cancel or move the booking; the link is not sent by e-mail, so the client needs to save it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a website to use online booking?

No. You get a public booking page with a link you can put in your Instagram bio, in your business’s Google profile or send straight to clients. There is no widget to embed on a website; on a site you can place the link as a button.

Do clients have to create an account to book?

No. The client enters a name, optionally an e-mail and a free note. They have no account and cannot see a history; they can cancel or move the booking through the management link shown after booking.

Can I offer services with different durations and prices?

Yes. Each service has its own name, duration, price and currency, and the client picks the service before the time. One booking is for a single service, and every service is offered for every team member.

What if I want to block a day or a slot?

You mark days off or blocks in the team member’s availability in the panel, and those slots disappear from the public page. You can also import busy blocks from an external calendar by subscribing to its ICS link.

Can I limit how far in advance clients book?

Yes. You set the minimum notice and the maximum advance in the public-page rules, for the whole page or per service; the defaults are 120 minutes and 60 days. The rules apply to bookings made by clients, not to those created by your team.
