The online appointments and diary platform: clients book themselves at any hour on a public booking page with its own link, and pick a free slot. Each team member has their own diary and weekly schedule. New bookings stay pending and hold the slot until the team confirms them, and the client can reschedule or cancel from the link on their confirmation screen. Busy blocks from an external calendar can be imported by ICS link and each team member's diary can be exported, and the simple reports show confirmed, cancelled and pending bookings, the cancellation rate and a split by day and by service.
