Each business gets a public booking page, available 24 hours a day through a link, where the client picks the service, the team member and a free slot. The team works from a shared calendar, confirms pending requests and checks simple reports on bookings.
The client opens the booking page, picks the service, the team member (or any available person) and a free slot. A new booking stays pending and holds the slot until the team confirms it.
After booking, the client sees a link on the confirmation screen to reschedule or cancel. That link is not sent by email: if the team creates the booking, the team shares the link with the client.
Each team member has a weekly schedule, exceptions and days off, and the team sees bookings in a shared calendar. You can import busy blocks from an external calendar through an ICS link and export each team member's schedule as ICS.
