How to create an online calendar for clients
A public booking page showing free times, with a link you can share wherever your clients are.
Calendar & availability
An online calendar for clients is a public booking page that you share by link. Clients see the services and the free times and send a request on their own, at any hour, and you confirm each one in your panel.
Create your account and add your services, with duration and price, and your providers with their weekly schedules. As soon as the public page is switched on, your business has a booking link, which you can copy with a button in the panel. The link sits on the panel’s host, not on your own domain.
The page lists the services, lets the client pick a provider or “Anyone available”, and shows a calendar of free times. Guests book without an account, giving a name, an email address if they wish and a free note. The page is available 24 hours a day.
You can adapt the look of the page under “Branding”: your business name, a logo, entered as a link to an image rather than uploaded, and a primary colour. There is no description field or photo gallery.
Share the link wherever your clients are: on your website as an ordinary button or link, in your social media profile, in your email signature or in a message. Each provider also has a separate link. The page’s language follows a hint in the link, so open it and check it before you share it.
Remember that every request arrives as pending. You confirm it in the bookings list and tell the client yourself, since no message is sent automatically. There is no embeddable calendar and no code generator for other websites, so link to the page instead.

Frequently asked questions
Can I embed the calendar in my existing website?+
No, there is no embeddable calendar. Add a “Book now” button on your site that opens your booking page.
Can I use my own domain for the booking page?+
Not at the moment. The link stays on the panel’s host, although you can copy it with one click and place it wherever you like.
Can I have separate pages for each location?+
There is one page per business, plus a link for each provider. If you work from several places, you can create a provider for each place and share that link.
