How to manage patient bookings online

A medical practice or clinic can eliminate phone queues at the front desk with an online booking system: patients book themselves, doctors keep an organised schedule.

You set up each doctor with their own schedule, specialty and accepted consultation types (first visit, follow-up, blood test, ultrasound, etc.). Each consultation type has its own duration set.

If the practice has several doctors in the same specialty, the patient can choose their preferred doctor or the first available. The system shows each doctor’s real availability.

You enable automatic reminders 24h and 1h before the consultation. In the reminder you can include preparation instructions (fasting for blood tests, documents to bring, available parking, etc.).

The front desk can see all appointments in one place, add manual appointments for emergencies or patients without internet access, and block slots for administrative tasks.
