How to book a doctor’s appointment online
Reserve your consultation from the practice calendar anytime, without calling the front desk.
Booking for clients
Booking online with a doctor or medical practice removes the phone barrier: you choose the specialty, the doctor and a free slot straight from the practice calendar.
Open the practice’s booking page (a link on its website, Google Maps or a QR code at reception). Select the type of consultation (first visit, follow-up, lab test, ultrasound, etc.) and your preferred doctor if you have one, or let the system suggest the first available.
The calendar shows the free slots according to each doctor’s schedule. Pick the date and time that suit you, then enter your full name and contact details. Some practices also ask for an ID or health-card number to prepare your file before the consultation.
You receive a confirmation by email and/or SMS with all the consultation details and any preparation instructions (fasting, documents to bring, etc.).
Twenty-four hours ahead, the system automatically sends a reminder so you don’t forget. If you can no longer attend, the cancellation link in the email frees up the slot for someone else.
