Cancelling an appointment online takes just a few seconds: you use the link in the confirmation email or SMS you received, without making a single call.

Look for the confirmation email or SMS you got when you made the booking. Every confirmation contains a dedicated link such as “Cancel appointment” or “Change booking”.

Click the cancellation link. You land on a cancellation confirmation page. Some systems ask for a brief reason (optional) to help the business understand trends. Confirm with a button and the appointment is cancelled instantly.

The cancelled slot is automatically freed up in the calendar and becomes available to other clients. If you paid a deposit, the business follows its own refund policy — usually stated at the time of booking.
