How to reschedule a booking online

Rescheduling a booking online is as simple as cancelling: you open the link in your confirmation email and pick a new slot from the business’s calendar.

Open the confirmation email or SMS for the original appointment. You’ll find a “Reschedule” or “Change booking” button or link. If the business doesn’t offer self-service rescheduling, you’ll find a direct contact link instead.

The system shows you the business’s updated calendar with every available slot. Pick the date and time that suit you better. The service you originally selected is kept automatically.

Confirm the new booking. You instantly receive an updated confirmation by email or SMS with the new appointment details. The old slot is freed up automatically and becomes available to other clients.

Some businesses limit the number of reschedules or require a minimum notice (e.g. you can’t reschedule less than 4 hours ahead). These rules are shown on the rescheduling page.
