Managing appointments for a team of specialists becomes simple with individual calendars, automatic client assignment and a centralised dashboard for the manager.
Each employee has their own profile in the system with: the services they offer, their working hours (including individual days off) and a separate calendar. The client can pick their preferred specialist or let the system assign one automatically based on availability.
The manager or business owner sees all the team’s appointments in a unified calendar, with the ability to filter by employee, service or date. They can manually reschedule any appointment with drag-and-drop.
Each employee can access their own calendar from their phone or computer, see the day’s appointments and mark absences or breaks. They have no access to financial data or to colleagues’ calendars (unless you’ve enabled extended visibility).
When you take on a new employee, you create their profile, set the services and schedule, and they’re immediately available for bookings. When they leave, you deactivate the profile and existing appointments can be redistributed.
