How to manage appointments for multiple locations
Each location has its own calendar and booking link; you manage everything from one central account.

If you have several places of work (branches, subsidiaries, clinics, service locations), you can manage all their appointments from a single account with separate calendars per location.
In the account settings, you add each location with its address, specific working hours and the employees attached to it. Each location gets its own booking link and a calendar shown separately in the dashboard.
At booking, the client first chooses the convenient location, then the specialist and the time slot. Locations can be named (e.g. “Central Salon”, “Mall Salon”) or identified by address.
From the central dashboard, you can see appointments for all locations at once or filtered per location. Financial and activity reports can be generated per location or aggregated for the whole network.
Employees who work at multiple locations can be set up with different schedules per location. A stylist who works Monday–Wednesday at location 1 and Thursday–Friday at location 2 will show correct availability at each.
