Why am I not getting appointment notifications
Check in order: spam/junk, notification settings, correct email address, phone number.

Missing appointment notifications usually have one of a few simple causes that are quick to fix — check each step in the list below.
Check your Spam/Junk folder. Automatic confirmation and reminder emails sometimes land in spam on the first deliveries. Mark the email as “Not spam” to move it to your inbox and train your email filter.
Check the notification settings in your 4appointments account. Go to Profile → Notifications and make sure the notification types you want are enabled (booking confirmation, reminder before the appointment, cancellation notification).
Check that the email address and phone number in your account are correct. A typo at sign-up can send all notifications to a non-existent address.
If you get notifications by email but not by SMS, check that the phone number in your profile is correct with the country code (+40 for Romania) and that SMS is enabled in your account settings. If problems persist, contact 4appointments support.

Confirmations should arrive instantly. Reminders are sent according to the configured interval. If confirmations are delayed by more than 5 minutes, check with support.
