How to confirm client appointments automatically

Every booking automatically triggers a confirmation email and/or SMS with all the details.

Automatic confirmation removes the need to contact every client manually after a booking. The system instantly sends a confirmation message by email and/or SMS at the moment of booking.

On every new booking — whether made online by the client or added manually by you — the system automatically sends a confirmation email. The email includes: the appointment date and time, the chosen service, the employee’s name (if applicable), the location address and a reschedule/cancel link.

If you also enable SMS, the client gets a short confirmation message on their phone in addition to the email. SMS messages have a higher open rate and are useful for clients who don’t check email often.

The text of the confirmation messages is customisable: you can add special instructions (what to bring, how to get to the location, parking, etc.), preparation details or simply a branded welcome message.

There’s no manual step — the confirmation goes out immediately, no matter when the booking is made, including at night or on weekends.

Frequently asked questions

Can I disable automatic confirmations?+

Yes — you can enable a manual approval flow: the booking enters a “pending” state and you confirm or decline. The automatic confirmation only goes out once you approve.

Can clients reply to the confirmation email?+

Confirmation emails usually come from a no-reply address, but you can set the reply-to address to your business email.
