A complete automatic notification system covers the entire appointment cycle: the confirmation at booking, the reminder before the appointment and, optionally, a follow-up afterwards.

The booking confirmation: sent instantly, by email and/or SMS, with all the appointment details and the reschedule/cancel link. It’s the first automatic point of contact with the client after booking.
