How to sync appointments with Google Calendar
Connect Google Calendar two-way — appointments appear there and personal events automatically block slots.
Special questions
Syncing with Google Calendar lets you keep all your appointments in one place and avoid conflicts with personal meetings or events.
In your 4appointments account integration settings, click “Connect Google Calendar” and authorise access to the calendar you want with your Google account. The process takes under 2 minutes.
Once connected, all new appointments in 4appointments appear automatically as events in Google Calendar, with all the details (service, client, address). You can see your appointment schedule alongside the rest of your events.
Two-way sync means that events in Google Calendar (personal meetings, trips, days off) also automatically block slots in 4appointments. Clients can’t book during those times.
You can choose which Google calendar to sync (if you have several). You can also disable sync at any time from the settings without losing existing appointments.
