How to avoid double-booking appointments
The system automatically blocks busy slots — double-booking becomes impossible.
Management for business
Overlapping appointments (double-booking) is one of the most common problems with managing a schedule manually. An online booking system eliminates it completely by automatically blocking busy slots.
Every confirmed booking instantly blocks the matching time slot in the calendar. No other client can book the same slot with the same employee or resource. The blocking happens in real time, even if two clients try to book at the same moment.
You can set a buffer between appointments (e.g. 15 minutes for cleaning or to travel from one location to another). The buffer is added automatically after each appointment, without showing up as an available slot.
If you also use a personal Google Calendar or Outlook, two-way sync ensures that events in your personal calendar automatically block booking slots — a business meeting or a personal outing won’t overlap with a client appointment.
The system also handles group services correctly: for a fitness class with up to 10 participants, for example, bookings accumulate up to the set limit, then the slot is marked fully booked.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if two clients book at exactly the same moment?+
The system processes the requests one at a time. The first booking received confirms the slot; the second gets a message that the slot is no longer available and can pick another.
Can I block a time slot manually in the calendar?+
Yes. From the dashboard you can add a “block” on any slot (a break, holiday, internal meeting) and it will no longer be visible to clients.
