How do I integrate the booking system on my website?
Add a button or widget to your existing site — clients book without leaving your page.
Setup & integrations
Integrating the booking system on your own website takes just a few minutes, with no programming knowledge needed.
The simplest method: add a “Book now” button to your site that redirects to your public 4appointments booking page. Copy the URL from the dashboard and set it as the button link. The client opens the booking page in a new tab.
For a more integrated experience, you can use the embed widget: a few lines of HTML you insert straight into your page. The calendar appears inline on your site and the client doesn’t go anywhere.
If your site is on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or Webflow, there are dedicated integrations, or you can use the embed HTML directly in any text/HTML block.
Some agencies or web developers prefer to connect 4appointments via the API directly in a custom site. The 4appointments API allows full synchronisation of availability and bookings with external applications.
