In the 4appointments dashboard, copy the booking page URL (e.g. 4appointments.net/b/your-salon). It’s an ordinary link that works on any device.
Send it to the client directly on WhatsApp in a message: “Hi! You can book right here: [link]”. The client opens the link on their phone, sees the calendar and books in a few clicks.
If you send a lot of booking links, you can create a saved template message in WhatsApp Business to reuse it quickly with every new client.
For salons, practices or services where clients frequently ask for appointments via WhatsApp, you can add the link to your WhatsApp Business bio or as an automatic reply to the first message received.
