Yes. Through the HR integration (4softhr), shifts and worked hours sync automatically for timekeeping and payroll, and vacations blocked in HR appear as unavailability in the calendar.
Do I have to use every product in the ecosystem?
Not necessarily. You enable only the integrations you need; each requires an active subscription to that platform to work.
Can I connect an external, non-4b2b system?
