How to take online bookings for a beauty salon

You set up each specialist (stylist, nail technician, beautician) with their own calendar, working schedule and list of services offered. The client picks their preferred specialist or is assigned the available one.
Each service has the right duration configured: a simple haircut 30 min, colour 2h, manicure 45 min, hair treatment 1h, etc. A 10–15 minute buffer between appointments allows time for cleaning and preparation.
You enable a mandatory deposit (e.g. 50 lei) when booking services over 100 lei or longer ones (colour, extensions). This drastically reduces no-shows for these costly services.
