An online booking app gives you a centralised dashboard from which you manage your whole schedule: upcoming appointments, client history, employee availability and estimated revenue.
You set up the services you offer (with duration and price), the employees or resources available (rooms, lifts, equipment) and the working hours for each. The system automatically calculates which slots are available based on these parameters.
Clients book online through your public booking page. Each booking appears instantly in your dashboard and in the calendar of the employee responsible. You can also add manual appointments straight from the admin when a client calls or walks in.
From the dashboard you can see the day’s, week’s or month’s appointments, filter by employee or service, contact clients directly and generate simple activity reports (number of appointments, revenue, attendance rate).
Notifications alert you in real time for every new booking, cancellation or reschedule, so your schedule is always up to date.

Can I restrict employee access to sensitive data?+
Yes. Each employee can see only their own calendar. Access to financial data or the full client list can be restricted through roles.
Can I import existing appointments from another system?+
